Needs of the many....
Urban areas have so many activities and things to do. Men join the masons for a sense of giving back to their community, but how do we get them involved in our own internal affairs and activities of fellowship and taking care of our own internal needs as an organization, without taking away from the charities?

Im not sure what some people are looking to get out of Masonry. I personally Want to give back to my community, together with good, like minded men. If I wanted a pure social club, I kave those outlets. I guess I am frustrated because It seems like a few guys take the lead and try hard to put things together and to make things happen, but few others seem to get on board. I know that life, family and work are all major players, but when it is conistent, the same handful of guys pressing forward and the same flock staying back and watching. It gets to be a bit frustrating.
